Please do appreciate that we have NEVER been requested to provide a refund for any of our courses.

We have trained well over 10,000 students in some 20 countries worldwide, and never once has a student made a refund request. In the incredibly unlikely and unfortunate event that you are the first, this is how it would work:

If you are not satisfied with your Telematix training experience, you will be eligible for a full refund.

In order to receive your refund, we simply require that:

  1. You ensure that your request is delivered to our office no later than one week following completion of your course.
  2. Your request be made in writing on your company/organization official letterhead and signed by both the student and his/her immediate supervisor:
    • Supporting this request by briefly explaining how the course failed to meet your expectations as encouraged by the description in our promotional material, and
    • Declaring that your request is sincere, and results from genuine dissatisfaction with the course, and that you did not plan this conclusion as part of your original decision to attend, and
    • Certifying that, to the best of your knowledge, the accompanying manual was never photocopied or otherwise reproduced while in your custody.
  3. You return the student manual that you received in class.

Please note that we are only able to extend this Refund Policy in context of classes organized and managed by the Telematix Institute. Where fees have been paid to a partner organization, we can not commit them to supporting this policy.
